
Dr. Kellie Fridlund
DVMA Florida native, Dr. Kellie Fridlund brings over seven years of veterinary experience to the team. She holds an undergraduate degree in Zoology from the University of Florida and earned her veterinary degree from the University of Glasgow in Scotland.
Dr. Kellie has worked in a variety of settings, including mixed general practice/emergency, full GP, and urgent care. She has a strong interest many fields including internal medicine, critical care, and cardiology. Dr. Kellie is GlobalFAST certified in ultrasonography and uses a ‘fear free’ approach to medicine.
Outside of work, Dr. Kellie enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Aviemore and Lyla, and two cats, Raja and Shanti. She loves traveling, paddle boarding, reading, live music, and anything that gets her outdoors and connected to nature. A few fun facts: she’s an advanced SCUBA diver, has explored six continents, and played competitive soccer growing up—including for the University of Glasgow’s women’s team.
Her favorite animals? Manatees and elephants—gentle giants that reflect her calm, compassionate approach to care.
